Abstract
The purpose of the healthcare informatization is to increase the availability and quality of medical care by automating the process of information interaction between institutions and organizations, healthcare systems, management authorities of healthcare system of the Russian Federation and the federal authorities of the executive power ensuring the realization of the state policy in the field of health.
